My name is Jeff. I am a Chef. I have cooked professionally for 20 years. I started in the 10th grade at TB (can’t say the name but it rhymes with Paco Smell). Back then we shredded our own cheese, cooked the beans from scratch with lard, cooked the ground beef and fried the taco shells, all in house. Boy how times have changed. I now work for one of the largest food service companies in the world. In fact, they are the 13th overall largest employer in the world. Despite working for a huge corporation they overall do a good job with Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). I have worked in many facets of this business from large volume catering to fine dining to small mom and pop style restaurants and as you already know, fast food. I was born and raised in Los Angeles, CA and I currently reside outside of Phoenix, AZ with my wife and two children. My currnet job allows me to travel across the southwest including Arizona, Texas, and New Mexico.
